3. Foster recognition of AIHCO as an important source of information and influence in the home care industry
4. Develop stronger communication with the health insurance industry to promote the design of benefit plans that include smaller, independent agencies
5. Educate consumers, and encourage them to seek services through licensed referral agencies
6. Offer networking opportunities for AIHCO members so all may benefit from the experience and knowledge of the group
7. Support consumer participation in making decisions regarding their home care options.
